In accordance with the Constitution of Theatre Sarnia this is to inform the Membership that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THEATRE SARNIA will be held on Thursday, September 3rd, 2020 at 7:00 PM online VIA a Zoom Meeting. As per the Theatre Sarnia By-laws (as amended September 4 2019) By-Law #23, Voting of Members for Annual and Special Meetings
“Subject to the provisions, if any, contained in the Letters Patent of the Corporation, each member of the Corporation shall at all meetings of members be entitled to one vote. No member shall be entitled to vote at meetings of the Corporation unless he/she has paid all dues or fees outstanding. By-Law #23, Voting of Members for Annual and Special Meetings."
Note: This meeting is going to be held via a Zoom meeting to ensure proper compliance with current large group restrictions stated by the Government of Ontario. All online votes will be conducted via the Zoom electronic voting system. There will be several test meetings held prior to the AGM to give every member an opportunity to learn how the Zoom meeting will function and to ask any questions that may arise.
